Anything must be buffer tanked, logistics/rr is only option and mindlinked fleet commander with command ship is gods gift!(explained below). Incursion Sanshas target drones, not Sleeper like, but still be prepared to lose them, have alot on board.(Lulz for seeing drone being warp scrambled etc.)
5:Incursion messes up anybodys life, in system, it's gonna happen. High sec, low sec, nullsec. Incursion cynojams the constellation(?) where it takes place (looking at 0.0 folk. In established Incursion constellations all resists drop (not 100% sure on the amount), all pilot/drones/pos dps drops (50%? not sure yet). All npc bounties will be halved (quite sure on that). All belt rats will be changed to Incursion Sanshas, so no belt ratting in Incursion constellations, while others clean it.
6:In lowsec/0.0, Incursion sanshas GATECAMP!!! Up to 1-2 battleships,3-4 cruisers,3-4 frigates. No afk flying. I did a test in a low signature, agile blockade runner. How long can one idle at gates, before he gets targeted by Incursion Sanshas? It was 4 seconds. IF your freighter gets targeted approaching a gate from 10-15 km (stupid afk hauler scenario)you never reach the gate to jump. Sanshas kill freighters that fast.
7:Incursion Sanshas web, jam, target paint, scram, nos or neut. Incursion Sansha FRIGATES go 3.3 km-sec on mwd, and shoot TORPEDOES! Their cruisers go above 1 km-sec on mwd. Every Incursion Sansha ship seems to be able to mwd. Some cruisers and BATTLESHIPS, have a habit of orbiting you at 130 km or so, they flee FAST!
Conclusion. The Incursion will mess up everybodys life in the constellation it takes place in. RR gangs, logistics, fleet/wing commanders with mindlinks (to rise that lowered resists, omni, back to normal levels/or dps). Have a web on your ships, have buffer tanked ships to give logistics time to react (example: L5 mission class omni tanked T2 Rattlesnake with T2 rigs melted in hardest Incursion site in less than a minute). Buffer RR Proteus'/legions will rise in favor (RR Domis etc. too, anything armor buffered, leaves free midslots for drone dmg/web/ab).
Sidenote: You can't speed tank Incursion sites/gatecamps by normal AB means. BUT, I did a test with T2 speed rigged and full Snake implanted (skills L5)Claw. Survived sites jump-in, orbited jump-in beacon at 100 km (might be lowest "safe" orbiting distance, must yet try, so lets say 75 or 50 km). At 7 km-sec and signature about 150, nothing could hit me at 100 km away. Due the nature of Incursion Sanshas switching targets once in a while, this method yet needs to be battle tested.
About sniping. Sanshas snipe too, omni rigged T2 Cerberus died at 130 km, afterburning away at 500 m-sec, real fast! I must try REAL sniping distances, above 225 km, welcome ROKH! (yet i must figure out how to get there first. slowboating cloaked maybe?)

Quickly cleaned up. There will be errors in there, as I am quite hungover atm, but you get a better Idea of what he was trying to say.
